We Come To You....
Since our beginning in 2005, Committed 2 Fitness offers Mobile Personal Training, meaning we come to you! We will be right there on your doorstep ready to take you to the nearest park, beach or train you in the comfort of your home. 

All the workouts will be designed prior to our attendance, and we will even bring some gear to spice up the workouts. Of course, your program will be completely customised, which ensure the hard work you are putting in every session, will pay off!

Before we start, we ideally would like to run a strategy session to find out what your goals are, your exercise and health history (injuries, etc) your current diet and much more. We also ask that you provide your current blood pressure and other details via our world class fitness app - but don't worry, we will take you through this step-by-step if you haven't.

The best part of this, In conjunction with our app - you will get to see your program before we commence! Like all our programs, we ensure it's 100% tailored to your exact goals. For example, if your goal is to run 10m without stopping, expect to see a running plan with interval, endurance, explosion, core and overall strength and active recovery.

At the end of every MPT session where you heart is going and you have pushed yourself to your limit, being able to - in a safe manner, cooldown and stretch together is vital. For a lot of us, it's the forgotten part of the routine! - We ensure you finish each session ready to take on the world!
