Qualifications: Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Master Trainer, BSc. of Health, BSc. of Commerce, Adv Boxing, L1 Pilates, Cert of Massage Therapy, Shoulder & Back Rehab, Pre and Post Natal, Senior First Aid.
Specialisation: Weight loss, Nutrition, Rehabilitation, Whole Body, Cardio and Interval Training.
Bio/philosophy: Believe it or not I have probably been where you are now. I was involved in a very serious accident just over 4 years ago, and not only put on 12kg of fat, but the damage was so severe I had to learn to walk again, and re-train all my muscles. Even though the situation I was/am still in, it has made me a better trainer as I have learned not only to empathise, but know how to train clients better and safer. I love seeing results and when I hear someone has lost 10kg, or if someone is now running 5km from struggling to run 100m, it brings a smile to my face. To push the limits of the human body and to see what each individual can achieve. I understand the struggle of having low confidence if it is from being overweight, skinny or low self-esteem this is why I became a personal trainer to make you feel better about yourself so you can walk with your head held high.
