With one-on-one training, we go through a full written appraisal, which consists of Goal Settings, Health History and a Full Physical Assessment. All these results are recorded and are remained confidential between Committed 2 Fitness and you.

We also determine you current Fitness Level by running a small test each for your Endurance, Speed/Recovery, Strength, Core/Abs and Flexibility. Again these results are recorded and we run these test for you every 6 to 12 weeks to show how much you are improving!

This gives us good grounding for us to achieve your short and long term goals. One-on-one training is not for the faint hearted, we are with you 100%; From the moment we answer the door, to the time we drive away. We will ensure you have the correct technique and provide you with that motivation you so desperately need. We also will push you to train at the intensity that is required to achieve your gut wrenching goals!
