Do you have a few friends or work colleagues with the same goals as you? Are you looking to keep fit and have fun together? Or perhaps you are looking for a bit of competition? If this sounds like you then you should consider group training!

With group training, you get to decide what type of training you want! Perhaps you want to try them all! This is all decided by YOU!

Each participant is run through a quick mini appraisal to ensure they are fit to train, which give us both peace of mind.

Our different group classes are:

Circuit Class - This is still our most popular group class, as it allows you to go at your own pace and it is very easy to follow. We change each station regularly and make sure each muscle group is worked and you are doing each exercise correctly.

Boxing for Fitness - Over the last couple of months, this group class has really taken off! Boxing for Fitness teaches you proper technique with both the gloves and pad work and you will have a lot of fun boxing!! Ask about how to purchase our gloves and pads!

Fit Ball - If you love to work your abs, then smart ball training is for you!! Have lots of fun balancing on our Fit Balls and getting a great workout. We will show you correct technique and really tone up all those areas you want to focus on.

Circuit/Cardio - Want to tone every part of your body? Perfect for those with the competitive drive and the will to succeed. We will help you with your technique and constantly providing you with different challengers along the way!

Boot Camp - Do you want to be worked? Do you enjoy 'getting dirty'? Then Boot Camp is the perfect choice. We set up difficult obstacles for you to muster and make sure you are always working 100% This is not for the faint hearted.
