We have many different training options to suit YOU. We come out to your home and decide on the best place to set up our training area, whether it be your office building, home (inside or out), nearby park, beach, pool or leisure centre. We may vary these options so you don’t get bored! All of our options have been created to give you the best possible overall body workout, combining both resistance and cardio exercises. Whether you prefer to train with your friends in a group workout session or have a personalised one on one session is up to YOU!

With most packages we include an introductory fitness appraisal, nutritional analysis and fitness tests. Appraisals are important as they give you a starting point and measurements, which you will get a record of, and can strive on improving. The nutritional analysis allows us to assess your eating and dietary habits and where YOU can improve. Fitness Testing is a C2F specialty; we monitor your Speed, Strength, Endurance and Agility to benefit your goals.

One-on-One Training
 
If you want to quickly get results then one-on-one personal training may be for you. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get fit, or tone up, we are with you every step of the way. We find that mobile personal training is a great option for people who don't like gyms and want to exercise in the comfort of their own home.

 

 

 

Group/Corporate Training 

Look after your staff or friends and family by introducing a training program for your workplace or home.  Our programs are for any corporate or personalised group, no matter how small your group is.

Choose your type of Group Fitness Training for your friends, family or workplace. Choose from Boxing, Fit Ball or Circuit Training or Boot Camp.  We design the class to the level you want. So if you have any friends that wants to get involved (minimum of 3) - contact us now and we will arrange a personal trainer to come to you.

 

 

   Each staff member has a full appraisal so we know what each staff member is capable of doing. We also have a new package called 'The Biggest Winner' which the staff member who achieved the best results will be rewarded!

Save money by consulting with one of our friendly trainers on a monthly basis. We will design a program that is tailored for you and update your program monthly. We also contact you on a weekly basis to ensure you are on track!
