One of the greatest things about learning how to eat properly is how you will feel because of it. With regular, healthy eating habits you can expect a higher energy level throughout the day and illuminate those lethargic moments at work. You will also feel lighter, less bloated and generally healthier.
At Committed 2 Fitness we realise that exercise is only one part of what it takes to get you results. Nutrition is another! That's why when you become a client, we take the time to ensure your getting the right amount of nutrients and that you are eating the right amount of meals at the right times.
However as predominantly personal trainers we can only lead you in the right direction with your nutrition. So we encourage every C2F client to complete our Food and Exercise Diary where you will record your intake of food and water each week. Rather than changing your routine at once, we will set you a small goal for you to achieve. It could be as little as changing from eating dinner at 9pm to 7pm!!
Why is nutrition so important you might ask? Here are some more reasons why. Eating healthy and at the right time will:

For those that need more help, we can arrange an appointment with a Nutritionist! They will sit down with you and explain in detail the importance of a healthy diet and they will assess what foods are right for you and the foods you must avoid!
