My Philosophy: To continue to update my knowledge and expertise of the fitness industry and to keep improving the health and wellbeing of all ages.

History: Started working in Sport, Health and Fitness in 1993 as a Personal Trainer and now I'm a Lecturer in Cert III and IV in fitness

Qualifications: Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning), Bachelor of Science (Sports Science) with honours, Graduate Diploma Science (Exercise Rehabilitation), Graduate Certificate of Clinical Rehabiliation, Certificate IV in fitness, ASCA Level 1 Strength and Cond.

Interests: Programming for Wellbeing, Sporting Performance, Return to function; whether it be returning to work or sport and General Fitness

Speciality: Exercise Rehabiliation, Strength and Conditioning for Sporting Purposes

What to Expect: My sessions will never be random. Every exercise you do will have been chosen for a specific reason and every session you do will be a smaller part of a much bigger picture designed to achieve your goals

History: I worked in the fitness industry in the late 90's and again over the last 4 years after a break with the family.

Qualifications: Cert III & IV in fitness, Senior First Aid.

Interests: Fitness and Nutrition.

Speciality: Personal and Group Training.

What to Expect: For every session to be different. I keep you all guessing and not knowing what to expect. I also ensure you train hard and remain focused.

History: I have been in the fitness industry for a year now, having worked previously as a Laboratory Technician. I have experience in group outdoor training and circuit training. Exercise has always been apart of my life

Qualifications: Certificate III & IV in fitness, Senior First Aid, Boxing for Fitness, Nutrition for Exercise & Sport

Interests: Cooking, Being outdoors, Football, Cricket and Music.

Speciality: Personal Training

What to Expect: A fun and varied workout, and one that will challenge you.

History: I have spent the last 3 years studying an Exercise and Sports Science Degree at ECU. From this degree, I have learnt not only learnt how to train the human body but also how it works. I have covered various areas of study such as resistance training, exercise rehabilitation, human nutrition, sport biomechanics, human movement, disabilites and more.

Qualifications: Cert III & IV in fitness, Senior First Aid, CPR certificate.

Interests: All sports; soccer, cricket, AFL, rugby etc. Whether I'm playing or watching I have a passion for sport.

Speciality: Due to my studies I consider myself an all-rounder

My Philosophy: I want to continue to learn and update my knowledge in the fitness industry, so that I can pass over my knowledge to the clients to improve their health and wellbeing.

Position: Mobile Personal Trainer

History: My life has always been about health and fitness. Playing a variety of sports since juniors, a season hasnt gone by with me playing sport. I have also recently completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology. It is another great passion in my life.

Qualifications: Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Senior First Aid, Kettlebell, TRX and Boxing

Speciality: Sports Specific, Fat Loss, and Strength Training.

My Philosophy: What you plant today, you will harvest later.

What to Expect: Doing the same thing over and over can become boring and repetitive. I aim to stimulate with new and exciting exercises everytime we train. I don't do the same thing everytime I train, so why should you have to?
