What does Committed 2 Fitness do?

A: Committed to Fitness is a Mobile Personal Training Company that comes to your very own home. We also can take you to the nearest beach, park, swimming pool or leisure centre!

Can you train more than one person? I have a couple of friends that want to get involved

A: Absolutely! And it's significantly cheaper for you!

How do I get started?

A: It's really easy! We will come to your very own home and explain to you all your training options. You can sign up there and then!

How much does it cost?

A: The cost factor does depend on what time you can train, how long you want to sign up for and if you are requiring a nutritionist or regular massages. We have a number of packages to suit you. Contact us for more information.

Do I have to pay for the package up front?

A: No, absolutely not! We don't expect you to fork out your hard earned cash all up front, which is why everyone who signs up with Committed 2 Fitness is put on an affordable payment plan.

I eat almost nothing and I exercise, but I am still putting on weight! Why is this happening?

A: The reason is because you are starving yourself! Your body is storing everything because it doesn't know when it's next meal is coming. You should be having 5-6 small portion meals a day and eating every 3 hours. Do not let your body feel hungry - if it does, it's trying to tell you something, so listen!

Do you train on weekends/public holidays?

A: We only train on Saturdays. We do not train on Sundays or any public holidays.

What areas do you cover?

A: We cover the Perth CBD, Northbridge, North Perth, East Perth, Mt Lawley, Mt Hawthorn, Maylands, Bayswater, Bassendean, Noranda, Morley, Karrinyup, Scarborough, Wembley, Floreat, Innaloo, Glendalough, Osborne Park, City Beach, Hillarys, Sorrento, Kingsway, Ellenbrook, Gnangara, Ballajura, Marangaroo, Wanneroo, Joondalup, Currambine, Clarkson, Burns Beach, Mindarie, and Butler we now also cover the southern suburbs, Fremantle, Applecross, Hilton, Como just to name a few. If you are in or near any of these suburbs, then we can assist you. Please give us a call if you would like to meet/book or if you are still unsure.

Do you do 'Sports Specific' Training?

A: Yes, we do! We have a trainer that is qualified in many different sports. We will definately be able to assist you, even your whole team!

Do you guarantee results?

A: Yes we do! But it depends on your individual goals and you must follow our guidelines.

What are your 'guidelines'?

A: Our guidelines include a healthy nutritional diet and recording exactly what you are eating (so that we can monitor your diet). Exercising whether with a trainer or of your own accord at least 3 - 4 times per week (again this depends on your goals). Also cancelling sessions will impede your progress, as will any information that is withheld from us at your appraisal (eg. medication, health conditions etc).

How long do I have to use up my sessions?

A: You have a whole year (365 days) to use these sessions. You can use your sessions at anytime. You will not lose any sessions in the year unless you cancel without enough notice.

What happens if I need to cancel a training session?

A: You need to give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your next appointment. Unless a medical certificate is provided. We will charge you for any such session.

What happens if I cannot train anymore, for any reason?

A: Every Committed 2 Fitness contract is transferrable, so a friend/family member may be able to take on the rest of your package. Or you can cancel the contract by paying a cancellation fee, with a note stating you wish to forfeit your remaining sessions.

Do you have a 'cooling off' period?

A: Yes we do. The cooling off period lasts for 10 days once you sign the contract, during this time, all you pay is for the sessions you use.. but don't worry, once you experience our services, no one ever uses this option!
